Indian food is not all the same, but reflects the different conditions spread across this vast land populated by over a billion people. One of the most respected is the Punjabi style, which owes much to the geographical position of the Punjab itself. For first-time tasters of Kohinoor Dhaba, the Paneer Pakora and Chat Papari make for savory appetizers. Also highly recommended are the Butter Chicken, Goat Curry and Chicken Tikka Masala. These are best eaten when accompanied by naan, a traditional, soft Indian flat-bread made in special tandoori ovens.
